This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you
use the mobile application described below. It applies to the app, its supporting
server, and the account (“MobileKey”) and subscription features within it.
MobWheel.com is the developer and operator of the app
“Push Notifications for NinjaTrader 8” on Google Play. NinjaTrader is a
registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC; this app is an independent product and
is not endorsed by or affiliated with NinjaTrader Group, LLC.
Summary
The app forwards trade alerts you configure in NinjaTrader 8 to your phone as push
notifications. To do this it registers your device, manages your subscription, and
briefly relays your alert content. We do not collect your precise
location, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do
not sell your personal data.
Information we collect
Push notification token. A Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
registration token generated for your device, used solely to deliver alerts to your
phone.
MobileKey. A randomly generated identifier that the app registers
with our server and that you paste into NinjaTrader. It is used to route your alerts
to your device. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
Device and technical data. Platform type (Android), app version, and
server request data such as IP address and user-agent, used to deliver
notifications, operate the service, and protect against abuse.
Subscription and purchase data. When you subscribe, purchases are
processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat. We receive
subscription status, an anonymous app-user identifier, and transaction/receipt
identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment-card
number.
Alert content from NinjaTrader. The alert messages and optional chart
images you choose to send from NinjaTrader pass through and are temporarily stored on
our server so they can be delivered to and displayed on your device.
Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address
and the contents of your message so we can respond.
Information we do not collect
Precise or background location data.
Your contacts, photos, or media (other than chart images you deliberately send from
NinjaTrader).
Advertising identifiers; the app contains no ads and no ad tracking.
How we use information
To register your device and deliver the trade alerts you send from NinjaTrader.
To create and validate your MobileKey and route alerts to the correct device.
To provide, verify, and restore your subscription and free trial.
To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
To respond to your support requests.
How information is shared
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app, and only for the
purposes above:
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging – delivers push notifications.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising. We may disclose
information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our
users or the service.
Data retention
Alert messages and chart images relayed through our server are automatically deleted
approximately seven (7) days after they are received. Your MobileKey and subscription
records are retained while your account/subscription is active and for as long as needed
to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
Your choices and data deletion
You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings, and manage or cancel
your subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions. To request deletion of
your MobileKey and associated server data, email
support@tequnique.com and we will delete it,
subject to any obligations that require us to retain certain records.
Security
All communication between the app and our server uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. We
apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we
hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The app is intended for adult users trading with NinjaTrader 8 and is not directed to
children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of
13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through the app
or our website.
